When Karl let our unit for 3 years, it continued for a second tranche in June 2015 when Karl again let the unit for 5.5 years. The association with Karl ended in May 2023 when Karl sold our unit. His enthusiasm to assist and his professionalism was a tribute to his trade. He was always willing to help whenever I encountered any property related problem, he remained just a phone call away. I would unreservedly recommend Karl for any rental or selling related matters.
